We need all these ingredients for making this dish Washed cauliflower florets All-purpose flour Corn flour Onion petals - 1 ( big ) Capsicum Chopped garlic - ( 10-12 cloves ) Chopped ginger - 1 inch Green chili - 1 Chopped spring onion ( white ) Crushed ginger and garlic ( you can also use ginger and garlic paste instead of it ) Chopped spring onion - ( green ) to decorate Kashmiri red chili powder - 1 tbsp Salt Tomato sauce Chilli sauce (red/green) Soya sauce And cooking oil

Process
Let's start today's recipe  First boil the cauliflowers Add 2 glass of water and simmer it Add salt accordingly ( here I have added 1/4 tsp salt ) Then add cauliflower florets in it Cover and cook it on medium flame for 2-3 minutes It's been 3 minutes now ** Do not cook it more than it Turn off the flame And strain it out into a container Process for preparing the batter Take a mixing bowl Add the required amount of all-purpose flour and cornflour

Here I have added 4 tbsp of all-purpose flour and 2 tbsp of corn flour in it Instead of corn flour you can use rice flour Add a little salt carefully ( as we have added the salt earlier while boiling the cauliflowers ) 

Put Kashmiri red chili powder ( it gives very nice red color) Added 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder in it Then add 1 tsp crushed ginger and garlic Gradually add the required water to make a batter After a good mix

The consistency should be like this Batter is ready now Now add the boiled cauliflower florets and gently coat them well It is ready to fry now Heat the oil on medium-high flame Then deep fry the coated cauliflower florets on medium flame Now the cauliflowers have cooked and crispy Take it out into a plate Cauliflower fry is ready now 


It is so crispy Let's start making chili gobi Heat the pan and put oil in it Oil has heated now Add chopped garlic, green chili, ginger, and spring onion white in it After frying on medium flame Ginger and garlic has become light brown and the raw smell has also gone

Then add onion petals and capsicums in it Put a little salt and saute them on medium flame for 1-2 minutes After 2 minutes Reduce the flame to low And add all sauces in it Tomato sauce - 2 tbsp Red chili sauce - 1 tbsp Soya sauce - 1 tsp Mix everything well ** Carefully add salt as sauce itself has salt 

Here I am not adding more salt as we have added earlier Mix the fried cauliflowers quickly otherwise the outer layer will become soft Mix it on low flame then tossed it on high flame for a while like
